Zašto bi 🇭🇷 uvela sankcije Dodiku kad ti drugari Džaferovićev savjetnik @SkenderVakuf, Komšićev savjetnik @ZuhricAlbin i AvAvovac @MahinicSenja tvrde da su Bošnjaci u Daytonu stekli “prednost” nad Tuđmanom i Hrvatima? Ako već Aneks 4 tumačite kao prednost, ne tražite ruke od 🇭🇷.
Kad će Hrvatska uvesti sankcije Dodiku? Nikad. Zato što Hrvatska najviše radi na tome da spasi Dodika.
Taj prijedlog ne znači da su Tuđman i Hrvati pristali da im Bošnjaci biraju predstavnike niti Aneks 4 to znači. Aneks 4 ne sadrži današnja izborna pravila nametnuta od OSCE-a 1996., korištena kasnije protivno Aneksu 3 i nametnuta 2001. od Alijanse+SDA nakon pritiska OHR-a.
Imaju, naravno. Jim O’Brien je pisao o odbačenim prijedlozima u Dejtonu za izbor Predsjedništva: “Various parties sought additional guarantees, including a demand that each member of the presidency be elected by a caucus of the largest party connected with each ethnic group.”
Tuđman i Aneks 4 nemaju veze s tim. Izborna pravila je donio @OSCEBiH koji je prema Aneksu 3 morao odrediti pravila za prve izbore 1996. Protivno Aneksu 3, OSCE/PIK je ostao čak do 2001, pa su pravila unesena u Izborni zakon koji je nametnula Alijansa+SDA nakon pritiska @OHR_BiH.
Problem HDZ u BiH je što im Zagreb govori da im je u Dejtonu izborio nešto što nije izborio. Tuđman je pristao na trenutni izbor članova Predsjedništva, sa sviješću da to može dovesti do izbora nekog poput Komšića. Već 1996. kandidat SDP-a za Predsjedništvo je bio Ivo Komšić.
