Please don’t get it twisted. Collaboration is necessary in community but waiting on people to work with you or see your vision will slow you down.
I’m sure nobody cares what I have to say but I agree—particularly around the lack of collaboration over competition and not holding harmful people accountable. I don’t consider myself apart of the “ecosystem” but there are traces of my work all through it.

It’s so hard for me to navigate through selecting a dj for an event. It really needs to be discussed. The djs can essentially make or break the event and some do not take this into consideration.
