22 years complete today. And I didn’t expect to stay longer than 4 years, but I’ve made a career out of it. I’ve always said I’ll stop when the fun stops.

7 years ago since I passed out of BRNC Dartmouth and I’m now in the final few months of my first job as a 2 1/2. Interesting to note: not one of those who also commissioned from the ranks with me, have submitted their notice to leave. Probably the best retention scheme going.
