Officers are currently assisting the fire service due to a major fire in Marlbrooke, near Bromsgrove as they are currently tackling a field fire near Staple Hill. We are advising the public to please avoid the area at this time and local resident’s close doors and windows.


All Town Centre road closures associated with Bromsgrove Carnival have now been removed. A short section between Waitrose Roundabout and Dawson Road remains closed whilst the carnival floats unload and will be reopened as soon as it is safe to do so. Thanks for your patience!

With 3,000 extra neighbourhood officers announced and named contactable officers for communities in place from July, our mission to create safer streets is well underway. Now, we are going further, increasing town centre police patrols to deter anti-social behaviour and theft.
