No, she's just really powerful. And the source of power is her necklace. The necklace gives powers meanwhile the crown gives extra abilities. She can be overpowered if the crown and necklace isn't on, although she still can fight with physical strength.

That's right. The necklace has more powers, and ∆lice is learning everyday on how to control them. That's why she isolated herself in her room. She wanted to learn more about the necklace that gives her powers to be untouchable for those who can hurt her.

However, using too much power at once can kill the user of the necklace and crown if they can't control what they have. The necklace and crown takes a huge responsibility for it.
