The irony of someone like #her tokenizing toks from this cameo when she’s also been the one parroting the same disrespectful, sexist, and racist claims Toks has been shooting down since season one finished airing.
jayviks then clogged the #meljay tag, such as @Julihmango on her alt account (@Julihmanghoe) - disregarding the fandom etiquette jayviks often use to police black fans - by actively pushing negative meljay content into meljay spaces (and she wasn’t the only one). 6/
This lot parades their care of “real black people” but it seems we’re only granted humanity in their eyes when they’ve decided their points along with ours. Otherwise we’re blamed for the racism we receive while our language is weaponized
