We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane crash in Ahmadabad. Our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, including the medical students and staff who lost their lives. We stand in solidarity with all affected and hold them in our thoughts and prayers.

नये आपराधिक कानूनों में शारीरिक या मानसिक रूप से दिव्यांग, कमजोर पीड़ितों के लिए मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष बयानों की ऑडियो-वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग का प्रावधान है।
नए आपराधिक कानूनों के अनुसार पीड़ित (यदि उनका प्रतिनिधित्व अधिवक्ता द्वारा किया जा रहा हो) और आरोपी को पुलिस रिपोर्ट तथा बयानों और स्वीकारोक्ति सहित सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराए जाने आवश्यक हैं।
