Years of conflict left Ruwaida & Hamdia without legal documents, making them invisible, unable to access healthcare, enroll their children in school, or move freely. @ECHO_MiddleEast + IOM are helping displaced & returnee Iraqis reclaim their legal identity & regain their rights.
