The Brickyard 400 is this weekend! Here's what you need to know to plan your visit to the Museum.

25 years ago, @Bobby_Labonte took the checkered flag at the #Brickyard400 by 4.229 seconds. He led for just 21 laps of the race, taking the lead following a back-and-forth battle with Rusty Wallace, who had led for 110 laps. See this car at the Museum through November!
Thanks to the @IMSMuseum for the tour with our friends @MRNRadio who are here for @NASCAR weekend!! @TheAlexHayden
New legends on display. Check out @Blaney and @joeylogano’s championship cars in the Penske Gallery at the @IMSMuseum ahead of this weekend's Brickyard 400 presented by @PPG.
Did you know the "kissing the bricks" tradition started at the Brickyard 400? After winning the 1996 NASCAR race, Dale Jarrett and his crew chief, Todd Parrott, celebrated by kissing the Yard of Bricks. The tradition has since caught on for winners of every event at the Speedway.

Jump into the driver's seat in our photo car! Located in the Track Lounge on the lower level, it's the perfect conclusion to your Museum visit. Thanks to Cummins, the Indianapolis International Airport, Java House, Splenda, and Liquid Science for their support!

31 years ago, @JeffGordonWeb claimed victory at the inaugural Brickyard 400. You can see his 1994 DuPont Automotive Finishes Chevrolet Lumina right here at the IMS Museum in our "NASCAR at the Speedway" exhibition.

The first summer camp in IMS Museum history is complete! Thank you to everyone who participated in "Robo Racers" this week. The campers built LEGO robots and then coded them to autonomously go around a track in the fastest time.

Tony Stewart | Hall of Fame Tony Stewart is the only driver to have won championships in both the IndyCar Series (1997) and the NASCAR Cup series (2002, 2005, 2011). The Columbus, Indiana native took his place in IMS history when he won the 2005 and 2007 Brickyard 400.

Isn't this a beauty? The 2025 Brickyard 400 winner's ring is currently on display in the Mezzanine. The ring will be presented to this year's race winner, so come see it before it goes to it's new owner!
