The next stage of the legal case to deproscribe Palestine Action, will be on July 21st at the Royal Courts of Justice. At the hearing, we will apply for permission to judicial review the Home Secretary's decision to ban the direct action group.

More arrests in Edinburgh. One of the signs which led to an arrest under the Terrorism Act says: “Those who take action against genocide in Palestine are not the terrorists”

Over the last two weeks 170 people have been arrested for supporting Palestine Action. This is roughly the amount of people who were arrested for all terrorism offences in 2023.

A woman is arrested for a placard at the national march which says "I support Palestine. Action is needed now." In Leeds, the police said any message including the words "Palestine" and "Action", is illegal. Pretty hard to protest for Palestine without calling for action?
