7th round Bears RB Kyle Monangai should be watched very closely. What really sticks out is he has very big lower legs that appear quite a bit stronger than I’ve seen in quite a while. Hasn’t been in a game yet but he looks like the Bears could have a real steel.

Just met a few of Bears new free agents, while all are impressive you can instantly see DT Grady Jarret is very special. His tape and production speak for itself but seeing and hearing his intelligence, leadership, communication skills, I’m all in on this guy ! Great signing !

Non starter on Bears head coach list is Brian Flores. Did a better than average job at Miami and may be good next time, just not in Chicago. Find out why he was fired by Dolphins and none of his quarterbacks, players would support him. What Bears need is worst place for Flores.

Marcus Freeman has been my 2nd choice for Bears after Vradel but I doubt he’s leaving ND yet. We know a lot about Ben Johnson OC, nothing about HC. He’s my 3rd choice but I only lock in Freeman or Johnson if they can and will get twice NFL COY Ron Rivera as there DC!

Don’t overreact to anything in preseason! But how excited should you be about Ryan Poles and this team when you see how much better his 2nd and 3rd strings have been than the Texans, Bills and Bengals and they’re all playoff teams ???

Bill Tobin wasn’t just an outstanding talent evaluator and key contributor to building the Bears ‘85 Super Bowl champs many consider the best NFL team ever. He was an outstanding human being! Rest in peace Bill, you’ve more than earned it.

Why did Bears GM, HC, OC go to J.J. McCarthy’s pro day 3 days after Caleb Williams’, Jayden Daniels next? Williams is new QB without a physical, having him into Halas Hall or an agent yet? Ryan Poles still has plenty of work to do, no final decision has been made yet! Bank that.

Justin Fields is a special human being. I wish him the very best. But he isn’t an NFL passer or franchise QB. He can’t read the field or make decisions fast enough and his accuracy is below average. Only 1 team would pay as much as a 6th round pick? 🫣 That’s the player he is.
