Not really a question about Seapower - as long as it isn’t a strategic problem it will not be solved by Europe (or anybody else…). Cargo actually flows continiously but with a longer voyage time. The market and shipping always adapts.

Make mobilisation great again! Rebuild the system - other tasks and units, but essentially the same model. Back then we could be ready with a mechanised btn in 48 hrs.
I just realised that our #ColdWar mobilization depot in Lundby, which was sold off around 2000 is in decent shape. Each company (five - 1 staff/support, 3 mechanized infantry and 1 tank) had a building like this with all personal equipment, while vehicles were elsewhere.

Well, some NATO countries have been buying weapons to give to Ukraine for years. Some have even bought them from Ukrainian defence industry….
This was always going to be the only way to continue aid under this admin.
