A nugget I neglected to mention earlier: Colts QB Anthony Richardson Sr. says he’s down 10 pounds (to 240) and is “moving a little faster, feeling a little lean and hopefully I can keep it like that.” I actually thought it was a bit noticeable when I saw him today. Interesting.
This is the ramp up period, so the Colts (and other teams) aren't going to go crazy right out of the gate. The practices will get lengthier next week and the following week.
