80 years ago today- On July 28, 1945 a B-25 Mitchell bomber crashed into the north side of the Empire State Building while flying in thick fog. The accident took place between the 78th and 80th floors and killed 3 crewmen in the aircraft as well as 11 people in the building. [6…
