Reducing male suicide isn’t just a mental health issue it’s a public health, social justice and cultural transformation issue. The more we dismantle shame, create safe spaces, and tailor support to men’s realities, the more lives we can save.

Emotional Literacy is Manly! You weren’t weak. You were never taught the words. Anger, sadness, fear — not demons, just data. This week, we learn the language of healing. Men, your emotions deserve vocabulary.#EmotionallyFit #ManEnough #MensMentalHealth
We must avoid judgment and instead listen, support, and allow men to express themselves. When we break down the stigma, we open doors to healing, connection and hope.
