The experience of suffering serves one purpose: Growth and transformation. Don't say: "Why am I suffering?" Say: "What is this suffering teaching me"? "What do I need to do?"

A man without self-respect is a man without dignity. Once you value yourself, the world will mirror this, or you will unapologetically stand up for yourself.

Dear God, thank you for the gift of life, for the beauty around me, and for the people I love. Help me to see the good in every day and to live with a grateful heart.

Should one feel strong emotions about a topic they know very little about? I have come to know this downfall, causes a lot of self-inflicted suffering.

Poverty removes a person's honour and dignity. Black Africans, stop bringing children into this world, since you can't take care of them. It's humiliating. All they would do is suffering 😢
