HCSO_K9 explosives detection canine teams traveled to OKC to participate in the 2025 national Odor Recognition Test administered by the ATF. Our teams pass certification, and are constantly training to keep our citizens safe and prevent future bombing incidents.

K9 Darco suffered a laceration and fracture while tracking down a burglary suspect in District II late last night. He will take some time off and make a full recovery. K9 Darco is a 4 year old Belgium Malinois.
