🚨BREAKING🚨 GOF, GOA, & Missouri's @AGAndrewBailey just sued Jackson County MO for its sweeping gun control ordinance stripping 18-to-20-year-olds of their right to keep and bear arms. The County enacted this ordinance "hoping for a court battle." Well, now they've got one.
GOA & @GunFoundation cannot wait to appeal this activist ruling! This issue has been settled since SCOTUS refused to prohibit printing the news about the Pentagon Papers. The 2A might be treated like a "second-class right," but presumably the First Amendment is still en vogue.
🚨BREAKING🚨 D.C. Judge Amy Berman Jackson has permanently gagged GOA, an obviously unconstitutional “prior restraint” on our 1A right to print the news. Judge Jackson admits that “no court” has ever issued such a lawless order, but that didn't stop her being the first!
GOA/GOF just filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Pennsylvania challenging the USPS prohibition-era law that bans the mailing of handguns.
🚨BREAKING🚨 GOF and @gunowners filed a lawsuit against USPS to overturn the 1927 law banning the mailing of handguns. This Prohibition-era ban violates the 2nd Amendment and the Post Office's relic should be declared unconstitutional.
We are hopeful our push for a preliminary injunction in Jackson County, MO will be granted and that young adults will regain the right to keep and bear arms. This county will learn not to pick fights it can't win.💪

GOA has long argued the NFA’s registration mandates are unconstitutional and violate the Second Amendment. Because Congress only zeroed out the tax, we’re preparing a legal challenge to strike down the rest of this abusive federal power grab. 🔥🔥🔥

🚨BREAKING🚨 In Michelle Nguyen vs. Bonta, a case where GOF & @GunOwners filed an amicus, a 9th Circuit panel unanimously ruled that California's one gun a month law is unconstitutional. "The point is that the Second Amendment is more robust than California accepts."
