It seems that Gypsies have Indian ancestry. There is such a rumor about Lord Vortex: mother was a Gypsy born in the British Empire, and father was a white nobleman, so Lord Vortex does not consider himself Indian. Forcing him to try an exotic style would offend him greatly.

I guess the first dark figure is the helmeted man. It's reasonable that the man with a helmet stands together with his real body.
