The finished fencing and pond dipping platform at The Dales Local Nature Reserve in north-west Ipswich. Thanks to funding from @suffolkcc . A newly surfaced pathway has also helped to improve access around this wonderful hidden gem. @IpswichGov #volunteers

#urbansafari Plenty going on in Ipswich this afternoon when the rain cleared. Anthidium manicatum, Cerceris rybyensis in cop, Bombus pascuorum, Comm Blue, Br Argus, Gatekeeper and Philanthus from 'new' estate drainage reedbed and 'greenspace'.
