To be clear, this was a joke. Yes, >40deg days are not uncommon in Greece. We get them almost every summer. At the same time, Greece (and the rest of Southern Europe) are set to experience a much hotter August month than average. Extreme weather events are now the norm.
Kids call it a heatwave today but I remember when it was just called summer in Greece.
I have not vouched for or promoted any other event in 10 years of existing on twitter. I broke my policy for this one. It’s not the AI part that makes this conference unique. It’s the collective brain power that is off the charts.

Σημαντικό πρόβλημα και με τις 4 συστημικές τράπεζες. Ειδικά στην επαρχία έχουν μειωθεί σε επικίνδυνο βαθμό όλα τα κανονικά ΑΤΜ, αναγκάζοντας κατοίκους απομακρυσμένων περιοχών σε μεγάλα ταξίδια ή/και «νταβατζιλίδικές» χρεώσεις. Είναι πραγματική ντροπή. @BankofGreece @minfingr
Χθες στο σταθμό μετρό στο Σύνταγμα ήθελα να κάνω ανάληψη από ΑΤΜ Πειραιώς. Είδα ότι το ΑΤΜ της Πειραιώς έχει αντικατασταθεί από ένα εταιρείας . Τέλος πάντων, έκανα την ανάληψη, ειδοποιήθηκα ότι έχει 1.5€ προμήθεια και είπα σήμερα να το ψάξω λίγο. Λοιπόν, έχουμε και λέμε: >>
