He strikes me as the kind of warrior that knows kata and aims for form over flourish (even though his flourish game is top notch, too. boi doin't lack for fashion.). unlike the monkey trio, he'll aim for the killing blow from the first second of a fight. Nezha don't play.

I will say, when boarding him there was always this feeling i had that he needed to be really proficient with his spear/wheels/etc. MKing and MK, even Mac are all tricksters, goofy guys, kinda flying by the seat of their pants- but nezha is trained and calculated!

I think eventually it would have been fun to see him drop his magic and show his true form. there was always a part of me that thought he was prestidigitating a 'mask' over himself to hide the truth, including the 6 ears. But for ease of animation I think he got simplified haha

Which would be very on brand for Macaque. He'd rather MK/et al think he's a narcissist than show his vulnerable side, for the most part. He warms up in later seasons for sure, but for the most part you couldn't waterboard info out of macaque that he didn't want to say outright.

Oh man, I mean if you got specifics go ahead and shoot- honestly I love when she refers to him or MK as "Monkey Man." But it's funny how little dialogue the two actually share sometimes- I think if anything Mei is secretly annoyed with MKing (playfully) deep down.

MK is very much like her dopey little brother, and MKing is MK's reckless older bro/father figure that constantly puts him in harm's way. But i'd be lying if I said that Mei and MKing weren't both the devil on MK's shoulder telling him to be a chaos gremlin in different ways.
