How exactly is a state governor supposed to force the release of documents in the hands of a federal agency?
It depends if the evidence was presented during the trial. In Florida, the prosecutors only presented evidence from one or two witnesses when the WPB police dept gathered a significant amount of evidence and surveillance which was not presented during the trial.
He already did what he could do for Epstein’s state crimes in Florida. The problem was that the state prosecutors failed to submit most of the evidence gathered by the West Palm Beach Police Department. In Addition, Alex Acosta.
