Don't run CI on every commit on master. Run it every 10 or 30 minutes. If anything goes red, stop all merges, bisect back to find the first good one, revert, notify author of bad PR, then re-apply all subsequent PRs if possible, notify authors on conflict.
ai generation of emails and texts is great when the whole thing you want to say is "ack" or "talk later" but you're anxious on how it looks and just want some boilerplate that says "I'm not rude"

you already know this anti-procrastination trick: leave a very simple task at the end of the day to start the next one. even simpler one with an llm: type the next prompt. and send it first thing tomorrow.
