Took a random shot at the 1,000 pushups in an hour like Evloev. Did 16 on the minute for 20 minutes. Did 12 on the minute for final 10 mins for a total of 440. Left elbow started to hurt. Cardio was able to handle the rhythm but triceps were failing fast. Try again soon.
