Jeff Gomez confirmed it's not official, it's actually unauthorized. It was obvious in hindsight because the page is sharing modified figures and suggests using third party to watch the series.

The person running the official Ultraman FB page for Thailand is so unprofessional that I had trouble believing it's actually an official Thai account and not just a fan page.
