As always, such a privilege to work with my wonderful colleagues @CeylaP_IMF, Guillaume, Tidiane, Jeremy, Azim, this time in Kwazulu-Natal for the #G20SouthAfrica. Highly recommend visiting the beautiful province and trying 'Bunny Chow.'

Productive discussions on Day 1 at #G20SouthAfrica. Met with China’s Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min, @sif_sfi’s Daniela Stoffel, and @bankofengland Governor Andrew Bailey. We covered global economic challenges, regional outlooks, and ways to strengthen the IMF’s mission.

I had a wide-ranging conversation with @CNBCAfrica’s @FifiPeters on the regional economic outlook and challenges. We highlighted the importance of deepening regional trade ties amid global uncertainty and touched on AI too. Watch it here: cnbcafrica.com/media/77527654…
