Hearing this from the juror makes me sick to my stomach, all the CW had to do was demonstrate how the tail light worked when damaged. This kid was totally oblivious that the brakes had red LED’s and would light up bright red without any red plastic cover.

This is where the CW made the mistake, not educating the jury how the tail light worked and allowing Jackson to get away with his lies. The brakes have bright red LED’s and will illuminate red when applied, even with no diffuser. The dark gap is there with no brakes.

How odd, Jackson said Proctor took over control of the tail light when it looked like that, but Barros said he witnessed a “Large Chunk” missing and described the bottom right hand side. One of them had to be lying, which one?

This wasn’t John, but a great example of confirmation bias. The ME who examined the body kept open all possibilities and would not commit one way or another while the extremely biased one from the defense totally ignored potential body and vehicle positions/data.
