Preparing Students for Life! Go Rapids!
Fall sports are around the corner. Registration will start online on August 4th. If you have not had a sports physical in the past three years, schedule one ASAP.

You need to have a physical every three years starting in seventh grade or the first time you come out for a sport in a school district.Please take advantage of this opportunity. Otherwise make sure to schedule your physical as it can take time to get in. Don’t wait until August
The Thunderhawks lose 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh. Two good games to watch today.
GR pulls ahead in the top of the fifth on a Sam Dick home run 3-2. We need to get a few outs before the rain comes.
Baseball turned it around today by winning their consolation semifinal game 10-0. They play for the consolation trophy shortly against Torino- Grace with a chance to bring home some hardware.
The Thawks lost a tough one against Delano in the quarterfinals 10-0. On to the consolation semifinals at 11:30 tomorrow vs Stewartville
The state quarterfinal baseball game is underway at the Mini Met.

Thunderhawks Baseball beats Rock Ridge in the section semi finals 8–2 on a perfect day for a baseball game. They will play on Wednesday at 1:00 to try and punch their ticket to the state tournament. The site is TBD.
Congratulations to Brianna Dekich and Drew Stanley on qualifying for the state golf tournament. This is the first time we have had a boy and girl qualifying in the same year in over ten years! Good luck at state!
