The majority of Vancouver's land is zoned for residential use but forbids apartment buildings.

A propos of nothing, it's pretty nice over there these days. Give me a shout there if you have any questions about getting started.

A reminder that I am on Bluesky (same handle) and have a starter pack for Vancouver urbanism. It's great over there now; reach out to me on there if you have any questions about how to get started.
