The Ukrainian 🇺🇦 chess Federation asks a reasonable question: Is @FIDE_chess controlled by Russia 🇷🇺? In 2024 the FIDE General Assembly decided not to let Russian 🇷🇺 teams back. Yet, the decision was illegally changed. No one in the FIDE leadership is willing to explain why.

This is a very good announcement by @ECUonline and I hope the last paragraph is not just words. Without a complete ban of RCF delegations in all team tournaments within Europe, either "neutral" or not, Dvorkovich will just continue mocking Europe as he does now.
