If you’re interested in global EM, then get in touch with Anisa.
Anisa co-founded GECCo, the global Emergency care collaborative. The point of this organisation is to bring colleagues together globally. Signposting you to global, international opportunities that benefit all parties involved.
Several UK hospitals have partnerships with international hospitals that have benefitted from it. Bristol, Manchester, and London are leading in this.
The world is smaller than ever before. There are frugal ways of innovating on a global scale. LMIC research grants and awards are available through RCEM. They are only worth £5,000 but the work that gets done by colleagues in these countries with that money is astounding.
