Wonder how many LA folks are quickly revising their projects to include gas right now. We’re rechecking our 51-unit and hoping gas gets us to net zero. Clean ≠ electric only.
🏗️ Featured on @SpectrumNews1 for my fight for AB 253, CA’s Shot Clock bill! Visited a stalled Pasadena site—carport-to-apartments, stuck in permit limbo despite escalations. AB 253 sets clear timelines & allows 3rd-party review to break bureaucracy. We can’t solve CA’s housing…

Excited to be featured in @latimes for our work with Better Angels on affordable housing in South LA! Honored to collaborate with @louissparadajr & @TKlatte , whose names deserve to be right beside mine. With this stellar team, we’re confident in building a successful project…

We pride ourselves on delivering clients strong ROI—but nothing compares to the joy of telling a 79-year-old she’ll be home for Christmas.

We're thrilled to share that our Altadena fire rebuild project is hitting a major milestone! 🎉 This week, we'll wrap up framing and dive into MEP roughs.

Good news! LA is now in track to end homelessness by 2325!
Taking recommendations for interior designers that specialize in material selections for Altadena fire rebuilds. I can’t do it anymore and I’m really bad at it. Please if you have someone that wont make my life harder I’d love to talk to them.
Testified for the first time in the CA Senate on AB 818 + AB 253. A surreal moment and a lifetime goal. I won’t let the opposition take my seat next time—I’ll be back, better, and hopefully for AB 1308.

AB 253 and AB 1308 would allow applicants to hire licensed third party reviewers and inspectors when cities drag their feet -- real relief from endless delays. They head to Senate Local Government next week. Both could die if folks dont mobilize. cayimby.org/legislation/ab…
I always use public transit when I travel—London, Paris, Amsterdam. It works, it’s clean, and I gladly pay. The idea that transit in the U.S. should be free makes zero sense. Is this coming from socialists, freeloaders, or just folks with no grip on fiscal reality?
Flew to Costa Rica once and got deported on arrival because a stamp page in my passport had a tear. Didn’t matter why — I was calmly walked back to the plane under armed watch and sent home. No appeal. No delay. A reminder that most countries don’t play games with immigration.…
I’m currently doing a virtual plan check on a plane using only the chat feature and using a new government code section from AB2533. It’s amazing what personal interaction can do even if remotely.

Just made my international debut 🇯🇵 Featured on NHK (Japan’s national news) talking about rebuilding homes in Altadena, how tariffs can mess with supply chains, and why global policy hits local housing hard. Watch the clip here: app.box.com/s/zzglsa3qnghe…
Anyone else getting pitched modular homes like this beauty from AHS at least once a week? 😅 They always say, 'We have a pipeline of every home burnt in Altadena.' Wow, we share the same pipeline—how crazy is that?

With Kevin in Planning now who’s running the show for the Mayors Housing Division?? Is anyone there.. hello hello??
