Zubimendi’s presence was simplistic, and that’s where his game elevates Arsenal. Quick passes between the lines, Ødegaard positioned in Z14 more often, great tempo control and intent to see more of the ball. He’s going to turn into a volume passer very soon, not surprised.

I know he missed the pen (irrelevant) but Marli Salmon looks top. And it’s more impressive cos Hale End rarely produces defenders. To be 6ft+ at 15 and have that level of tech and composure on the ball is lovely. Can defo see why he likes Saliba. Him and Max Dowman next up
