The Lillies were proud to put forward this motion at the @WeAreTheFSA AGM, which was seconded by @GaribaldiGirls @SWFCwsg @WOWatfordFC @WomenOfTheLane and @VillaBellas. Recent events have shown how important the introduction of a “No Fault Stand Down” policy is.
What is “No Fault Stand Down” and why does the FSA back it? It's simple principle, that when a player or staff member is under investigation for serious offences clubs should stand them down from playing or public facing duties, without prejudice. 🔗thefsa.org.uk/news/what-is-n…
We call on clubs, leagues & governing bodies to act now: adopt a No Fault Stand Down policy when players face serious and credible allegations. Survivors deserve better.

The Lillies are proud to be involved in the @WeAreTheFSA Women’s Voice in the Men’s Game Network. Sexist chanting objectives women and makes them feel unwelcome in a space which should be for everyone.
