Happy to announce that Yona FrenchHawk and I are prepping to have a conversation with Randall Carlson on his podcast that will be taped a week from today. So thankful Yona has been hired by Grandfather Mountain State Park to help train the rangers and give school talks there.

Went gathering stories for my oral history book on Pilot Mountain the last few days. Yona FrenchHawk returned to continue the summer solstice ceremony that was very moving. Kathy George took the image of Yona at the overlook while birds flew right over our heads.

Just found out my first book, Faces of Pilot Mountain, is on Randall Carlson's nightstand right now and then I got word it was accepted by the Library of Congress in D.C. Launching the new book next month and I'll have 'em at Cosmic Summit at my booth.
