This afternoon, two of my team members, Ysela and Sam, explored Frederick’s historic Old Spire & Clock Tower before work begins on the steeple, slate, dormers, and spire. It was a special behind-the-scenes opportunity to learn about the extensive restoration of this landmark!

I put on my hard hat and toured the Overlook East apartments housing project, set to be completed in 2025. Overlook East features 2 newly constructed buildings along with a renovation of a city-designated historic building! I continue to work towards County investment in housing!
