In Dec 2022 I interviewed Mnyaka Sururu Mboro (pic) and @konradinkunze in the Dekoloniale room in Berlin’s Wilhelmstraße 92, which is about where in 1884/85 the Berlin Africa Conference took place. Now the decolonial initiatives lose that room. The lease will not be renewed. 1/2

In closing, what the last 48 hours has revealed is that migrant students are continued to be seen by largely white UK academia as being the problem, not the very racist, xenophobic, white supremacist, classist & deeply ableist UK university system that reproduces this violence.
