25th July: cake day.

This afternoon, Franklyn Ambassadors represented all us at Kololo SSS. They launched iLEAD to S. 2 and gave a refresher training course to our S. 3 group leaders. It was a successful engagement. Thank you friends and @shatuhaire for championing transformation in this nation!

The PML25 is nothing short of amazing and insightful lessons. I’ve learned to focus on solutions, become a better listener, treat others with respect. A huge thank you to @FranklynInst and the founding partner @shatuhaire for making this incredible experience possible.

Franklyn institute take this leadership thing a notch higher. Today the @FranklynInst Ambassadors spent very important time together to evaluate and be encouraged as they leader value tables in the weekly PML meetings. Thanks to our founding partner and coach @shatuhaire .

Over 180 public mangers met yesterday physically and online for their monthly meeting under the PML25 program. @Annmugunga1 blessed us with her wisdom and presence as she shared on professional writing skills, a skill needed by every leader.
