UPDATE: Good day everyone. I just talked with DFO and this is a normal thing here in the Arctic with Arctic Cod. It happens around Frobisher Bay. But they are not wasted as they are eaten by other earthly creatures. So nothing to be concerned about. It's nature doing its thing.
