5-2-1 in the Vette City Showcase this weekend in Evansville, Indiana. My team battled through the hot temperatures and made it to the championship. We came up short against a very good Mississippi Glory team, but battled the whole game.

Congrats to these ladies. After a great weekend of softball they finished 6-2-1 and in 2nd place in the Vette City Summer Showcase in Evansville, Indiana.

Yesterday’s walk off win in the bottom of the 7th was the 300th team victory for the Flames 08. From 2019 to present the team has compiled a 300-66-9 record. Payton Swanson’s single brought around Kenzie Yelm with the tying and Carra Craig with the winning runs in victory #300.

Here are my highlights from week 1 of games. My team & I went 4-1 this weekend. Totals-.571 AVG, .625 OBP, 1.625 OPS, 11 R, 8 H, 4 2B, 1 3B, 3 SB & 3 RBIs I had 7 PO, 6 A on 14 total chances & a DP We play this weekend at the Vette City Summer Showcase in Evansville, IN.
