It 97 degrees with a feels like 101. Just put this cow on the @ZGrills_ 11002b at super smoke. Started out at 16.65 lbs. Trimmed a few off. Feeding an army tomorrow. Its hard to beat @FireHatchRubs brisket bark rub. I'll let it go until it gets color and texture then wrap. 😉👍

Still on a potato kick. Hadn’t smoked a brisket in two years. Found this little flat on sale. Turned out just ok. But served the purpose I had for it. Based with @FireHatchRubs Brisket Bark and @CasaMSpice Cattle Drive on top. Flavor was on point. C’est Bon!
I also took part of the brisket to experiment, and rubbed it with @FireHatchRubs mesquite ghost pepper rub and finished it with @Half_A_Pond 's hot sorghum sauce. I think I'm in love. Condo association won't let us have grills or smokers here, so I had to make do with the oven.
