Tony is spot on here. 👍🏼 Home slate is embarrassing and a huge disservice to season-ticket holders, but overall this will be a better a non-conference slate than last season. That’s not saying much, but it is what it is.

Wouldn’t be surprised if St. Thomas visits a Big Ten team in late December. Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Oregon, UCLA, USC & Washington all have schedule openings post-Christmas. And there’s a rumored road game vs. a Big South school. #Bulldogs
The Basketball Crown already is fading into the sunset. Worthless tournament. Keep the NCAA Tournament where it is, make the NIT 64 teams (with nice mix of high majors, mid-majors & regular season champs), and call it a day.
The 2026 Crown Tournament starts in April. Coaching Carousel will be descending, players already committed to new squads via the portal, and the NIT will be down to the end by then. Just fascinating timing. Also, the event has been reduced to eight squads.
