The first LA Charter Reform Commission meeting is next Tues., June 10 at 2 pm. The current members includes a former League of Women Voters board president, union official, real estate developer and philanthropic professional: reformlacharter.lacity.gov/meet-commission
The letter says the Latinx community is underrepresent among the commissioners who have been picked so far, and there aren't anyone from the Armenian and Asian communities. And there appears to be three members just in one district and only two who live on the Valley.

There are a few more members of LA city's Charter Reform Commission to be picked, but several major good governance groups are concerned the @MayorOfLA isn't allowing for a wide enough pool of candidates. The commission is seen as a way to address corruption at LA City Hall.
