no max. width high-up during deep build-up isn’t a bad thing. in fact, having good channel runners in Mbeumo & Højlund makes it advantageous for us. we can then force opponents into risking 1v1 at the back & allowing us the ‘over’ option, or keeping a +1 & allowing us ‘through’.
United's centre back inverts, Bruno advances high. United now build in a 4-2-2-2. Emphasis on using the goalkeeper as a +1 for 3rd man patterns with the centre back. The 4-2-2-2 overload the middle. Issues? CB not comfortable + blocks the middle AND there is no width high 😵💫😬
Ollie Watkins is such a good footballer. As I spoke about on YouTube, I really do think he’s a better option than he’s being made out to be. Firstly, because he’s such a good footballer. Secondly, because the fixture run from an attacking standpoint, looks good enough.

I think Morgan Rogers is at least £0.5m underpriced. How rare is it to have: - The capability to produce attacking returns on a consistent basis - Not just return, but haul (realistically) - Such secure minutes - All whilst playing in a good team, with a low spread of output
