Our biggest problem is lack of succession planning. All our transfers are opportunistic
We didn’t replace Kane for a year and eventually did so with Solanke. Son is almost certainly about to leave and there’s no succession planning whatsoever. This ownership has self sabotaged this club just by being themselves, useless
Porro, Romero, VDV and Kudus aside, this is not a squad ready to challenge for anything
