A TE1 (Top 12)? Yes. THEE TE1? Zero chance. Kraft had 70 targets last season (18th at his position) and the Packers just added yet another WR in the 1st round of the draft. Impossible for him to get the volume to be a Top 5 TE. Bowers and McBride had over double the targets.
