I visited my third presidential library, the @FDRLibrary, in Hyde Park in upstate New York today. You can also take a tour of the home where the Roosevelts lived, which, I must say, has a fantastic back porch view.
The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and Marist's Long Reach Society have been hosting high school history teachers from around the country to explore The Great Depression, New Deal, and WWII. Yesterday, the group ventured to the @FDRLibrary right near campus!

The Library was saddened to learn of the passing of Virginia Marcus last week. Ginny was a longtime education assistant here at the Roosevelt Library and she will be greatly missed.
