On 6/25/25 Jesus Borrayo was extradited to the U.S. from Mexico to face charges in Marion County, Oregon. Borreyo is alleged to have been involved in a 2008 shooting that resulted in the death of Rafael Garcia. This case is being prosecuted by the Marion County DA's Office.
