But I thought there was never a smear campaign? How is the goal post consistently moving? To have this much allegiance to defending Justin Baldoni is wild. Hiring even 1 content creator for the sole purpose of destroying a woman’s character is enough. I thought he was a feminist?
It sounds a lot better than, "From the outset, this smear campaign was so shambolic and clearly illegal, we're increasingly scared of a RICO prosecution"
Actually Baldoni stans are speed running this. Wayfarer confirmed one content creator and the sleuths are normalizing it. "it's just 1" ... content creator they used to destroy the reputation of a woman for reporting Baldoni's inappropriate behavior.
We've gone from "there was no contact" to "there was contact but it is innocent" in a week. We'll be at "well of course those creators made content for us" by the end of next week. This is how abusers "boil the frog", desensitizing you to their outrageous and abusive behavior.
Truly baffles me, anyone who thinks logically about this case could see things aren't going well for him and there's no signs of smear campaign on her side, but even sound minded people are falling for this nonsense. Luckily 95% of people still don't care about this case.
Having seen this post, the Baldoni stans on Reddit made a poll, and are definitely convinced I'm a paid asset. Expert sleuthing like this is why Baldoni's complaint is in the trash. "These are not facts, they're just things you made up to justify your feelings.."

Justin Baldoni and his production company are now being SUED by their insurance for fraud after finding out Blake Lively made sexual harassment complaints as far back as 2023 during pre-production. Baldoni even tried to cover up Blake’s complaints during production as well. Yikes

In case you missed it, Blake Lively subpoenaed a bunch of “content creators” for being in contact with Baldoni’s team to run a smear campaign against her. They all cried about it & denied it. Now his team is throwing them under the bus & admitting they did contact them after all
